Goal
The goal of RivergatePompano.com is create a convenient and durable resource for Rivergate Pompano information, including:
- Announcements Message Board.
- Feature Requests Board - Ideas/suggestions for this website.
- Freeshare Board - stuff your Rivergate neighbors wish to give away or sell.
- Board member contacts.
- Resident address book.
- A place for residents to enter emergency contact information.
- Repository for important documents, such as Rules and Regulations.
- Repository for board minutes and zoom meetings.
- Handy Departure Checklist in Docs.
- Handy address book for personal and neighbor-recommended local contractors and other resources.
- Poll facility to collect neighbor opinions.
Whereas e-mails receive fleeting attention, and are often lost within days, our website remains a permanent resource of information.
Account Types and Privileges
Private information is only accessible via a login account. Account types are:

| Board | Can add/manage board and all other accounts |
| Owner | Can manage their own account, add Owner and Household accounts for their unit, manage all accounts for their unit |
| Household | May view records only. Suitable for a spouse who prefers not to have edit access, children, and guests who need site-viewing access. |
- Board members may add, update, and remove/reclassify/inactivate other Board member accounts, and other Owner accounts (as when a property is bought or sold.)
- Owners may add additional accounts for their unit. A spouse may be designated as Owner, if edit rights are to be granted, or Household, if the account is better left view-only. Household designation is recommended for children and relatives staying at the unit, if any.
- Information deemed public, such as the Rivergate Pompano Rules and Regulations, may be viewed by anyone without logging in. Private information, such as the Rivergate Pompano owners directory of names and telephone numbers is private, and may only be viewed by valid account holders when logged in.

Passwords Privacy/Security
RivergatePompano.com is highly secure and safe from password hacking theft.
RivergatePompano.com passwords are not stored as plain text. RivergatePompano.com employs one-way encrypted passwords like most modern websites. This means that passwords are neither visible nor discoverable by anyone; that includes the account owner, the site administrator, and, most importantly, potential hackers. Forgotten/lost passwords can only be reset via an e-mail exchange with the account owner. The system administrator can reset a password if requested.

Ken Greer and his wife Sheana Schreider are recent (2025) owners of Rivergate unit #4. Our primary residence is in Los Altos Hills, California, but we frequently visit Florida where Sheana's family lives.
Ken is a software business owner with proficiency in programming and website development. Ken developed and operates a number of popular community websites, most notably, DancePartner.com and VeggieConnection.com.
Ken and Sheana are both avid dancers; Ken is a competitive ballroom dancer, and Sheana is an avid folk dancer. Ken and Sheana share a fascination with foreign languages. Sheana is fluent in English and Hebrew, with some proficiency in French, Italian, and modest Mandarin Chinese. Ken is fluent in English and has modest proficiency in French, Italian, and limited Mandarin Chinese.
