RivergatePompano.com Overview

Goal

The goal of RivergatePompano.com is create a convenient resource for Rivergate Pompano information, including:

• Community Announcements Message Board
• Priority message board posts will trigger e-mails reminders to registrants one week before the event and on the day of the event.
• Resident address book
• Board member contacts
• Documents, such as Rules and Regulations
• Departure Checklist
• Calendar of events/meetings
• Address book for local contractors and other resources. You may also mark highly rated vendors to share with neighbors.

Account Types and Privileges

Private information is only accessible via a login account. Account types are:

Web Admin	All rights
Board	Can add/manage board and all other accounts
Owner	Can manage their own account, add Owner and Household accounts for their unit, manage all accounts for their unit
Household	May view records only. Suitable for a spouse who prefers not to have edit access, children, and guests who need site-viewing access.

• Board members may add, update, and remove/reclassify/inactivate other Board member accounts, and other Owner accounts (as when a property is bought or sold.)
• Owners may add additional accounts for their unit. A spouse may be designated as Owner, if edit rights are to be granted, or Household, if the account is better left view-only. Household designation is recommended for children and relatives staying at the unit, if any.

About The Author

Ken Greer and his wife Sheana Schreider are the recent owners of Rivergate unit #4. Our primary residence is in Los Altos Hills, California, but we frequently visit Florida where Sheana's family lives.

I'm a former software business owner with proficiency in programming and website development. We are both avid dancers; I'm a competitive ballroom dancer, and Sheana is an avid folk dancer. We're both also fascinated with foreign languages. Sheana is fluent in English and Hebrew, with some proficiency in French, Italian, and Mandarin Chinese. I'm fluent in English and have modest proficiency in French, Italian, and Mandarin Chinese. Ken 的中文不太好，但 Sheana 的中文比较好。
