Board Information

Web Admin	All rights
Board	Can add/manage board and all other accounts
Owner	Can manage their own account, add Owner and Household accounts for their unit, manage all accounts for their unit
Household	May view records only. Suitable for a spouse who prefers not to have edit access, children, and guests who need site-viewing access.

Board members may add, update, and remove/reclassify/inactivate other Board member accounts, and other Owner accounts.
Accounts are not deleted but inactivated - in case a former owner needs to contacted their contact information remains available. Only the administrator and board members may view inactive accounts.
Board members should add Owner accounts and remove them when a property is sold.
Owners may add additional accounts for their own unit. A spouse may be designated as Owner if edit rights are to be granted, or Household if the account is better left view-only. Household designation is recomended for children and relatives staying at the unit, if any, that also need read access to otherwise private site information.

Use the Announcements Message Board for important announcements. Set Status to Priority to have your announcement appear on everyone's home page.
Priority message board posts will trigger e-mail reminders to registrants on the day of the event (Coming Soon and one week before the event and).
Priority message board posts may be set to recurring, for such things as Quarterly dues.
Use the Feature Requests may be submitted to ideas/suggestions. Visit (from the top menu) Docs and click Website Feature Requests .
PDF documents may be uploaded by any board member. Visit (from the top menu) Docs and click Manage Docs .
Zoom recording links may be uploaded. Visit (from the top menu) Docs and click View Zoom Recordings . Use + to add a new Zoom link, or to edit individual ones.

Admin-Only (Administrator or Board account) buttons are Pink. To avoid clutter, these buttons do not appear to standard accounts.
