Board Information

Account Types and Privileges

• Board members may do nearly everything. Board members nay add, update, remove, reclassify, and inactivate any accounts.
  Tip: Board members should add Owner accounts when a property is purchased, and remove them when a property is sold. (The adminstrator can do this as well, if the board requests it.)
• Accounts are not deleted but inactivated. In case a former owner needs to be contacted, their contact information remains available to the Board. Only the administrator and board members may view inactive accounts.
• Owners may add additional Owner and Household accounts for their own unit.
  • Owner may be designated for a spouse requesting account edit/update permissions.
  • Household is best for children, guests, and tenants requiring read access, but not needing edit/update permisions.

Private (Login Required)

• Neighbor Directory
• Owner's Address Book (vendor directory and private phonebook)
• Announcements
• Message Boards
• Departure Checklist (in Docs)

Public (No Login Required)

• All items under Docs, except Departure Checklist

Documents/Announcements

• Use MsgBoards Announcements for board announcements. (Announcements may be set to recurring, if desired, for such things as Quarterly dues reminders.)
• Use the MsgBoards Feature Requests board for ideas/suggestions.
• PDF documents may be viewed/uploaded via Docs Condo Docs and click Manage .
• Minutes and Zoom recordings may be viewed/uploaded via Docs Minutes

Tips

• Admin-Only (Administrator or Board account) buttons are Pink. To avoid clutter, these buttons do not appear to standard accounts.
